Oxygene and RemObjects C# (formerly code-named Hydrogene) are a modern development tool stack for creating applications for all three major development platforms: .NET, Cocoa and Java.
Leverage the same language skill set, no matter what platform(s) you are developing for, without losing the benefit of working natively and directly with the underlying platforms — be it the .NET Framework, the Java and Android Runtime Libraries, or the Cocoa and Cocoa Touch Frameworks.
Oxygene is our own state-of-the art programming language for the 21st century. Based on the strong foundation of Object Pascal, Oxygene takes Pascal to the next level, with an unprecedented set of advanced language features.
RemObjects C# is 100% C# – now available natively on the Java/Android and Cocoa platforms as well. Primarily destined for developers already familiar with C# on .NET, it allows you to expand your existing skills to iOS, Android and Mac development in a snap.
Both RemObjects C# and Oxygene use the same time-proven backend compiler and tool stack, which not only takes care of building your executable, but also packaging your apps, deploying to, for example, your Android and iOS devices and debugging right from the IDE.
And both RemObjects C# and Oxygene integrate deeply and thoroughly with the Visual Studio IDE (and ship with the brand-new Visual Studio 2013 Shell in the box) for all target platforms – letting you focus on one set of tools and working on all your apps in the same IDE, even from within the same solution.
Users of both Oxygene and RemObjects C# can also freely mix the two languages within the same project, if so desired.
